Team Member Qualifications
We carefully select our teachers based on classroom experience, professional training, and a genuine caring attitude. Every candidate undergoes a thorough screening process that includes:

• Reference checks with previous employers
• Comprehensive background checks
All staff maintain current CPR and Pediatric First Aid certifications, and complete at least 12 hours of continuing education annually. This commitment ensures our team remains prepared, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the highest quality care.
